Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the effects on teachers when implementing Integrated Education in kindergartens in Hong Kong and investigate the future needs of Special Education courses. These findings can then be used for considering if Hong Kong Institute of Education will organize courses of Special Education in the future or not. In the case study, the subject is a kindergarten with a number of disabled students. After carrying out the interviews and questionnaires, it showed that the attitude of the teachers was crucial to the success of the implementation of Integrated Education and suitable training would help in achieving the goals.
