Abstract
The Special Education Programme from the Municipal Secretary in Campinas Sao Paulo has been acting in the field of Children's Education, Elementary Education and High School in public schools where we can find many students with special educational necessities such as hearing, physical, mental, visual and multiple deficiencies and even some syndromes.
The discussion about the access, retention and success of the educators about this has to reinforce its basis in the creation of some kind of support that can contribute for an effective work with these children.
The specialized teacher and the educational unit through its teachers and h no doubts about the process in order to accomplish all the targets and guarantee schooling for everybody. Because of this, the Special Education Programme from Municipal Secretary in Campinas, has developed a permanent project for d special specialized teachers.
Concluding, the School for all citizens must be engaged in social basis that can't be for a few people only; it's also necessary to try to rescue the teacher's role inside the school and in the classroom and the teacher's integration with "different people".
