Abstract
It has been more than ten years since the execution of mainstreaming education in China. When reviewing the development and achievement of mainstreaming education many problems need to be solved.
In this paper Pro. Xiao Fei discusses the basic situation and problems of the mainstreaming education. Meanwhile he puts forward some specific policy advice on those issues.
