Abstract
This aims to a proposal towards a new educational horizon, which may include new/updated learning-teaching processes and a distributed learning that may include' people with disabilities, marginalized and excluded voices, people working in different ideological or socio-economic context, specialist groups, health service, parents, community groups, different professional groups, institutions', and all those who, for one reason or another, are willing to cooperate. It may come out of the idea of collective and/or connective intelligence, which implies the following key-concepts: collaboration, cooperation, interaction, exchange, integration and inclusion. Does moving towards this horizon mean integrating, in education, traditional teaching instruments and methods and instruments and methods used in Information Technology, particularly the open and free 'bazaar' development model.? It also requires involving the institutional education agencies, for a consciously dialectic and productive meeting between "the Cathedral and the Bazaar".
