
Abstract
In conditions of development of integration in education, preparation of qualified teachers and assistants for work with children is essential. This preparation is appreciably determined by what aims are set up to the specialist, what is their concrete degree of participation in both process of training and social adaptation of the child, and also what are considered to be the most important results of training of the child with difficulties.
First of all it is necessary to answer a question: what would we wish for the child with SEN and what are our opportunities in achievement of desirable results? There are two areas of work: help in social adaptation; help in development of his individual features, abilities and individual opportunities. It is not less important. Thus there are ½ zones of rendering assistance to the child, that can be correlated to zones of his nearest development. And in this plan the roles of the teacher and assistant have the general basics a) revealing of individual features of the child; b) planning of developing lessons with him; c) concrete help to the child on the lessons. It is understandable, that for revealing individual features of the child it is necessary to know- how the diagnostics of infringement's structure of the children development, to differ the primary sector. We offer the different educational plans for improvement of professional skill of the teachers and assistants, taking into account their various educational level and difference of their functions.
