Abstract
The material will look at the possibility of exclusion based on:-
- poverty and the use of available funds
- methodology and its application
- the position of Deaf teachers
- family pressures over marriage arrangements
- lack of co-ordination and understanding between NG0s
- scattered parents and poor travel facilities
- residential and day special schools
- village education
- a plethora of ascertainment materials unmatched by practice materials
- dissemination of information within and across borders
